Are VALOIREA pieces available for purchase now?
VALOIREA pieces are currently available for preview only. Purchasing will open after final material, payment, and shipping checks are complete.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide shipping is planned, subject to destination, carrier availability, and customs restrictions.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are expected to be processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7-21 business days depending on destination, carrier, and customs processing.
Will I need to pay customs duties or VAT?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes, or carrier handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
What sizes are available?
The first ring collection is planned in US 5-9. Final size availability will be confirmed before purchasing opens.
What materials are used?
Lab-created gemstones are planned. Final metal composition will be confirmed before purchase is enabled.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Avoid water, perfume, lotion, sweat, and chemicals. After wearing, gently wipe with a soft dry cloth and store each piece separately in a pouch or jewelry box.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns and exchanges are planned within 14 days of delivery. Custom-made and sale items may not be eligible for return. The final policy will be confirmed on the official policy page before sales open.
